Description
World War One into the 1920s period United States Army officer's collar insignia for the Dental Corps. Die struck in brass and gold plated. the "D" was made as a separate piece and applied onto the caduceus base. 3/4s of an inch tall and across in size. Pin back with a simple hook pin catch. This small diminutive size was worn on the shirt and unofficially on the flat hat.
